Refund policy

At Bowitzki, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the last item in your order. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

How to Request a Return

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bowitzki is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We will also refund the original standard shipping charge paid with your order (if applicable).

Please note that any additional shipping services selected at checkout (such as expedited or premium shipping) are non-refundable. Only the standard delivery charge will be refunded where required.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any unshipped item in your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Once an item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
